Our consultants sharpen and upgrade their skills on a consistent basis.  This way, JFC is able to expand its intervention tool box.

 

Through qualitative research techniques, JFC examines the impact of our interventions.  We study our successes and repeat what works and adjust what does not.  Our goal is to refine and develop psychological interventions that improve performance.
